What we do not collect. We do not ask for financial account details, payment card numbers, social security numbers or government identification through this website. If any page ever appears to request those, do not enter them and let us know.

• To prepare and submit documentation to your insurance carrier, where you have asked us to bill them directly.

We share your information only where it is necessary to do the work:

• Your insurance carrier and adjuster, where you have asked us to bill them directly or to provide documentation for your claim.
• Subcontractors and trade partners working on your job — for example a plumber, roofer or specialist contents facility — limited to what they need.
• Service providers who operate our systems, such as our website host and form processing service.
• Where the law requires it, including health department reporting obligations on Category 3 losses in food-handling premises.

We do not sell your information. We do not sell or trade leads to other contractors, and we do not pass your details to lead-generation networks.
